Three Aksha produces the “All Indian Dance Festival" celebrating the richness of Indian dance and culture. This is a unique, curated event on a world-renowned stage for young artists in America and around the globe to showcase their heritage and learned art. The festival highlights classical and folk dance forms from all over India, bringing joy to all dance connoisseurs and a lifetime opportunity to the dancers. Come and experience the scintillating performances featuring Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Odissi, Kuchipudi, Mohiniattam, Garba, Bhangra, Koravangi, Kolata, Kavadi, Kuthu to mention a few.
Our Team
Viji Rao: Festival Producer and Director
Viji Rao is the producer and director of All Indian Dance Festival and the artistic director of Three Aksha, a dance company based out of Philadelphia. In addition, she is a professional Bharatanatyam dance artist. She has established herself as a performer, choreographer, teacher and professor of dance. She trained under the able guidance of her gurus, Late K. Shivarao and The Sridhars. Viji is a resident artist in Girard College in Philadelphia. As the Director of the All Indian Dance Festival, she curates Indian classical and folk form performances on the world stage in Carnegie Hall . Viji hosts dance performances, workshops, and lecture demonstrations nationally and internationally. In addition to Bharatanatyam, Viji has studied other dance forms which include Kalaripayyattu, Chhau, and ballet. Viji has participated in several international touring productions with Chitraleka & Company, Shobana Jeyasingh Dance Company, Moby Duck and Sampad. Viji has visited Canada to participate in the touring production with Lata Pada’s Sampradaya Dance Company. As a highly acclaimed classical artist, Viji has worked closely with Kalanidhi Narayanan, Prof. C.V. Chandrasekhar, Anita Ratnam, Bragha Bessell, Navtej Singh Johar. Over the past 5 years Viji has choreographed and toured with her dance company “Three Aksha” to different cities in the US, Canada, U.K, Indonesia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Maldives, and India.
M Davi Chandrasekaran: Marketing and Allocation Team Lead
M. Davi Chandrasekaran is a special education teacher and non-profit fundraiser from Philadelphia, PA. Davi is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and completed her Arangetram under Guru Jaya Mani of Slippery Rock, PA. She is also a "dance mom" to Santhi and Divya, students of Guru Viji Rao of Three Aksha in Philadelphia, PA. In her spare time, Davi enjoys creating mosaics with stained glass, watching BBC mysteries, and hanging out with her beagle, "Max."
Nico Torres: Tech and Production Manager
Nico Torres is a multi-disciplinary artist. Since 2001 she has worked in music, dance, education, improvisation, installation, digital media, lighting design, and event production. She has produced hundreds of hours of music, thousands of designs, and countless events. She is currently based in Brooklyn. She was born in Miami, calling many places home since. She has toured nationally and worked in some of the most vibrant art scenes in the US, including Denver, Minneapolis, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle. Much of her current work centers around culinary arts, shared spaces, and immersive art.

Avery Redic: Communication and Stage Management
Avery Redic is an interdisciplinary artist who expands his art practices through production services. A painter, vocalist, and creative director, Avery enjoys engaging with the unique needs of diverse clientele, and his years of hospitality experience has expanded his perspective of performance both on and behind the stage. Avery has successfully managed over 200 employees across two immersive entertainment events last year, and he looks forward to producing his own live music performances as well as selling his art at NYC art festivals this year. He believes in the artfulness in all things–especially in the details.
